Methods to form Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)

  • General: – ART represents in general sense that the fertilization to be occurred with the oocytes in the laboratory environment with the help of IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) to be occurred in the environment to publish the annual art success rate in this respect to be done with all the programmatic manner and must be within the respective environmental arena for the IVF treatment.
  • Fertility Medications: – For the process of fertility medications, ART can be used so as to procure for the development of stimulating follicles in the ovary.

  • In Vitro Fertilization (IVF):- In this process, the sperms and eggs of the couple should be fertilized outside the female body and after 3-5 days the formed embryo should be transferred in the female’s body and then the female should have the pregnancy after 6-7 weeks.
  • Transvaginal Ovum Retrieval (OVR):- Transvaginal Ovum Retrieval is the process through which a small needle is being inserted in the back of the vagina and to be seen by the experts through the ultrasound which acts as the guide in this respect to be cured in this respect in order to collect the fluid that contains eggs.
  • Embryo Transfer: – Embryo transfer is the process through which many embryos are transferred in the woman’s uterus with the intention to have pregnancy so as to get the embryo to be formed into the child in the womb of the female so that the female gives the birth to the child after 9 months.
  • Assisted Zona Hatching (AZH):- This process to be done before the embryo to be transferred in the woman’s uterus. A small opening is present in the outer layer of the egg in order to implantation process to be done and helps embryo to grow.
  • Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI):- It will be recommended if the male is suffering from male factor infertility and can be used where there are very low sperm counts in the male’s body. With ICSI, only one sperm is needed per egg and for this process, a fine needle is to be recommended in order to inject sperms from the center so as to get fine and qualitative sperms.
  • Autologous Endometrial Coculture: – It is the possible treatment for patients who have failed the previous attempt to be succeeded in the IVF attempts at getting the poor quality of the embryos.
  • Zygote Intra Fallopian Transfer (ZIFT):- In this process eggs cells are removed from the body and fertilization occurred outside the body and the resultant zygote must be transferred in the fallopian tubes in order to get female pregnant.
  • Cytoplasmic transfer: – It is the process through which an infertile egg mixed up with the donor’s eggs with her husband’s sperm to be transferred in her body in order to get a healthy child.
  • Preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD):- It involves the use of genetic screening for healthy embryos in order to improve genetically healthy outcomes.
  • Embryo Splitting: – This process can be used in order to find the twinning in the number of available embryos.
